Order Cancellations Policy

All cancellations must be sent within 24 business hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
- If your order has not yet been passed to our factory, we are usually able to cancel and issue a full refund.
- If, however, your order has been passed to our factory, or has been produced, we will not be able to cancel.

Return Policy

Confirm Appearance
Before we ship the doll, we take photos of it and send them to you for confirmation. We only proceed with shipping after you are fully satisfied with the doll's appearance. You can even request a video of the doll for confirmation.
