Order Cancellations Policy
Please email service@gendoll.com with your order number and a cancellation request.
All cancellations must be sent within 24 business hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed.
- If your order has not yet been passed to our factory, we are usually able to cancel and issue a full refund.
- If, however, your order has been passed to our factory, or has been produced, we will not be able to cancel.
Refund Policy
You can get a refund in the following cases:

- Received the wrong product – Provide us with photos of the wrong product and we will refund or resend a correct product for you.
- Received the damaged product– If this is caused by the carrier, please file a complaint with the carrier and we will assist you in obtaining compensation. If it's product quality problem, please provide us with photos or videos, and we will refund you or arrange a new replacement.
Return Policy
We offer 30 days easy return service.But you must ensure that the package has never been opened and the product has never been used,you need to provide the necessary photos and videos as evidence.Then, we will give you the return address, you just need to send it to the address according to our request (we will cover the shipping cost).
