We offer two shipping methods:

    Shipping Time: 3 – 5 Weeks.
  2. Rush Service By Air: $159
    Shipping Time: 5 – 7 Days

Receiving Time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

Production Time: 3 – 5 Weeks.

Shipping Time (By Sea) : 3 – 5 Weeks.

Shipping Time (Rush Service By Air): 5 – 7 Days. (Extra cost: $159)

Shipping partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, Matson etc.

Note: The delivery time of custom sex toys is according to the agreed time.

Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with tracking information. Alternatively, you can view the tracking information on your account.

A parcel is considered lost after it has not been any update for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. If your order is lost, we will give you a full refund.

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAY NOTICE

Please note that due to the ongoing impact of the pandemic, overwhelming demand for deliveries across USA, as well as modified practices by our shipping partners to keep their workforce and customers safe, customers should anticipate potential parcel delays for the foreseeable future owing to unpredictable circumstances.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

All cancellations must be sent within 24 business hours of placing the order. Cancellation is not guaranteed.

  1. If your order has not yet been passed to our factory, we are usually able to cancel and issue a full refund.
  2. If, however, your order has been passed to our factory, or has been produced, we will not be able to cancel.
